Having recovered from CFS/ME myself and from helping others to do the same there are some things that I feel, that when combined make a big difference to health and well-being. It’s important to remember that we are all individuals and all became unwell for different reasons, so not everything works for everyone, however cleaning up our toxic thoughts, body and home will go a long way to cleaning up our health.
