For best results to create conscious, mindful movement as well as build new neuro pathways, do these three things:
To improve voice volume, say the actions in a LOUD voice
To improve posture and balance, use BIG movements
To improve mood, have FUN exercising to the upbeat rhythmic music
Move to Connect began in 2007 and was influenced by the following: Dance, Music Therapy, Brain Gym, LSVT Loud and LSVT Big Physical Therapies. Move to Connect connects the brain with the body, creates new neurological pathways, teaches conscious movement, and balances the brain while having fun!
