  1. I think I get these, but I'm not sure. When it happens I can see, but I can focus on absolutely nothing. I can't read or drive. It goes away in 15-20 minutes but it can be dangerous when I'm driving. I have no pain with these migraines.

  2. My 1rst ocular migraine was when I was in 3rd grade. I'm a freshmen in college now and they're worse than ever. I can't focus or see. I don't even have my permit or license because of it. The longest mine lasted was about close to an hour. Then it came back for another hour after my vision finaly cleared. I've even had a series of them occur about every other day for the first three weeks of summer one year. Not only my head hurts but also my whole eye if not both and certains places of my face.

  3. Iv'e had repeated ocular migraines ever since, but only in my right eye. I went to the eye doctor recently and found out I had glaucoma in my right eye. The pressure build up gets so bad it makes me feel nauseated. Unfortunately the only long term cure is surgery. Not fun. :/

  4. you're telling me to not drink coffee because it has caffeine, next you say take an excedrin, excedrin have caffeine … Please help

  5. Huh? and y'all believe this, even if it's from a doctor??
    Now for some truth:

I've had headaches for decades because i used to listent to exactly this sort of propaganda re: coffee. Then I got smart & started drinking coffee AND switching to a low power computer, whereby the headaches minimized. Note that air conditioning, computers fluresence, alcohol, raw-onions, ctrus, sodium, nitrites, chemicals are triggers.
    Coffee CLOSES pandora's box
    Citrus, fluresence etc. OPEN pandora'

  6. Re: your eyes & headaches: Note that in the book Invisible Disease by Nordstrom, a programmer became blind due to heavy computer use. So many people are being invisibly affected, yet the medical system for the most part hush hushes it, due to being bought off by big biz. It's all in her book and the book Black On White. They're criminals!

  7. Typical doctor parroting what they are brainwashed by the pharma professors to sell drugs. Don't take their drugs, go to acupuncture, try anything just stay away from these guys.

  8. I don't understand.. Can somebody PLEASE help me out.. I have had these ocular migraines for years now. I do use the computer a lot etc. but, I feel that it is beside the point. I get them when I consume too much caffeine or sugar. Yet, when I visit my primary care doc, he recommends that, to treat my migraines, (Without any actual pharmaceutical care.) I should drink more caffeine. I don't get it.. Why would I consume what causes them!? I also get them when I get over excited.

  9. All migraines cause an irritation of the sphenopalatine ganglion (SPG). SPG nerve blocks work great.
