Today I’m going to share some really good chronic fatigue syndrome treatment. It’s not true chronic fatigue syndrome or CFS for short is not an excuse to be really lazy and it’s really a medical condition.

This condition takes place when a person is abnormally tired for 6 months and they usually have cognitive problems. This includes things such as trouble remembering people’s names and getting distracted very easily. A person could also experience head pain and even some big sadness.

One of the best ways to treat any medical condition is to figure out what is causing the problem. Just like a relationship eliminating what is causing problems can improve the relationship right?

Unfortunately the smartest people in the science community have had a challenging time finding the real culprit to this disease, but they do have some ideas. One idea would be problems to a person’s ability to fight off viruses, harmful bacteria, diseases and this is causing the CFS. Another idea has something to do with hormones.

Medical researchers have noticed that people with this health problem sometimes make fewer hormones, such as cortisol and this might negatively influence the immune system. In a nutshell the immune system is acting up.

The best way to deal with CFS, improve the immune system and give yourself more energy has to do with your lifestyle. Drinking water is huge for your body’s defense system and your energy levels. A lot of health experts recommend the 8 by 8 rule. Drink 8 glasses of water that are 8 ounces in size. Another idea is food.

Sugary foods, energy drinks, greasy or fried foods can all sap a person’s energy like a hot summer afternoon, as well as harm the immune system. The next idea that I’m going to throw your way is vital for life and some people don’t get enough of them. Do you have any idea what it is? Yep being deficient in a vitamin, this can easily happen if you rely only on your diet to get them. I highly recommend a high quality multivitamin supplement.

Next up uncontrolled stress can hurt the immune system and someone’s quality of life. Treatments such as deep breathing, yoga, counseling and acupuncture can all help.

When it comes to herbal remedies there are tons that can boost a person’s immune system and help with fatigue. Something called ginseng is a really good one to take for CFS. In the medical journal Plos One researchers took 90 patients suffering from chronic fatigue and split them into 3 groups.

One group received placebo pills, the second group took 1 gram of panax ginseng, and the third group received 2 grams of the same ginseng. The end result was the groups that took ginseng had significantly better mental performance compared to the placebo group. Unfortunately physical symptoms did not improve with this herb.

Another idea is something called coq10. In an article published by Neuroendocrinology Letters, researchers noticed that coq 10 levels are significantly lower in individuals with chronic fatigue syndrome. A person can increase their levels of coq 10 through a dietary supplement.

Supplements and alternative medicine can be confusing and even harmful. Make things really simple and give your body a HUGE edge by viewing a free video guide I created at

  1. The study you reference looked a patients with Idiopathic Chronic Fatigue. That is not the same as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. On paper Panax Ginseng  or red ginseng should help down regulate iNOS and COX-2 which should help ME/CFS patients although it has never been tested.

  2. Advocating for a healthier diet and a stronger immune system is always a good thing. But myself for example – Live an exemplary lifestyle with organic fresh grown food. Exercise and all the exotic supplementations that built and maintain immunity. There is only one problem to your over simplification of treatment through supplements. The medical community is getting closer to discovering the fact that CFS may be viral. Like HIV- able to hide and replicate in the body. And like with HIV. No amount of supplements can stop a virus. I have tried and continue to implement all possible natural and nutritional therapies against my CFS. And I have had absolutely no improvement.  Even with the highest grade of wild ginseng which I hunted myself last summer in the mountains of KY>

  3. Nice video. Agreed with most of it. One huge things you didn't talk about is Post Exertional Malaise (PEM). The issue that you don't recover from the smallest of activities either mental of physically. That last longer than 24 hours and doesn't improve through sleep. Unless by chronic fatigue syndrome you didn't mean Myalgic Encephalomyelitis?
We all know fatigue is not the right name for this illness. English is not my native language but it should rather be called something with talks about how the recovery process doesn't work well.
Anyways what I wanted to say is that PEM really separates fatigue through other illnesses with fatigue in Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. The way the video is now it sounds that any fatigue that is chronic is caused by the hormonal imbalance or a viral infection etc.
Let me be clear though that I'm not saying that the other sorts of fatigue are not horrible whatever is causing it. But there is just a difference between the two.
Too many people say that have M.E. though no real ME specialist ever had a good physical exam to determine if they really had M.E.
Cause these people do recover through CGT or GET.
Resulting in that people who do actually have ME don't get the proper help cause they are considered lazy etc etc. Could on and on lol.

  4. Strength and core exercise seem to work for me. Things like squat and dead lift works like charm, the thing is you need to make sure you have enough protein intake

  5. Lovely Video! Apologies for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you tried – Mackorny Hard Bone Blueprint (do a google search)? It is an awesome one off guide for getting a reliable erection without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my GF  got astronomical results with it.

  6. For ANYONE with CFS/ME/Fibromyalgia who wants to know about the condition and or how to treat it, read anything by Dr. Jacob Teitlebaum. CFS IS a real, very complicated  and debilitating condition. This video makes light of a serious condition. Ginseng is good for energy, and CoQ10 is ONE of the long list of protocols for dealing with CFS but these two alone will not cure the syndrome (the disease). Lay people should not advise others on serious medical situations….UNLESS they have the condition and have had success dealing with treatment.

  7. I love hiw people say just go exercise lmao…..my fatigue is so horrible theres days I cant walk around the house. Will definetly look into the ginseng and Coq10 tho and if its safe foe ppl who survived congestive heart failure I will so try it and God willing maybe I can get to a point where the word exercise doesnt make me break down into tears because I feel worthless due to the inabiluty to do what I was lived for on a daily basis.

  8. Lots of people with cfs don't believe they can recover, causing more depression and anxiety leading to more symptoms and loss of drive to try and get better. Gotta believe.
