Migraine Headache Relief Binaural Beats & Isochronic Tones – Brainwave Entrainment
This brainwave entrainment audio uses a multi tone interface to help provide migraine headache relief through the use of binaural beats, isochronic tones and relaxing white noise. Each audio lasts 15 minutes. The frequencies used are within the low Delta range, and the carrier pitch is a low 70hz – these high amplitude delta waves are perfect for pain relief. The effectiveness of Delta was demonstrated in a study by Solomon GD (1985) in which 14 out of 15 headaches were cured after only 5 minutes of Delta stimulation. Depending on the severity of your headache, it may take longer than this to experience relief. If you wish to extend one of the sessions, simply click on the relevant annotation. Experiment with the volume – you may find that for the purpose of headache relief, higher volumes may work better as opposed to the medium/low levels that are normally recommended for sleep aids, study aids etc.
Headache Cure – Alternative and Complimentary Treatments…..
If you don’t have any over the counter medication handy, or simply wish to avoid it, consider these alternatives to compliment this brainwave entrainment protocol:
Ginger Tea – The active ingredients of ginger help block the formation of inflammatory compounds such as leukotriene and prostaglandin.
Camomile Tea – Chamomile tea has compounds that help ease pain and provide relaxation.
Vitamin B2 – In one study, nearly 60% of participants reduced migraine frequency by half after consuming 400 milligrams of B2 daily, for three months.
Magnesium – It has been shown that people who experience headaches frequently may have a general magnesium deficiency.
Vitamin D – Similarly, those who experience regular headaches may also be lacking in Vitamin D. This is becoming quite common, as more people stay indoors and avoid the sun.
