Super Lazy Vegan Snack Ideas! {healthy + light}

SNACK # 1 berry chocolate toast:

1/4 cup almond butter
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
4 teaspoons of agave syrup, date syrup, maple syrup
2 tablespoons almond milk

SNACK # 2 Crispy Veggie Wraps

1 – 2 tortillas
vegan cream cheese
a handful of spinach
tomato, thin slices
little small chickpeas
1 – 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce (or pizza, pasta sauce)

SNACK # 3 Banana Chocolate Pudding

1-2 Bananas, preferably ripe
1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
a little sweetener if needed
some granules on top

SNACK # 4 Raw Falafel Mix

may be chickpeas
1/2 red onion
1 garlic clove
1 lemon juice
handful of fresh parsley
spices: sea salt, caraway, smoked paprika
raw vegetables
