In this video I will show a guy about my food stuff! I eat all the food, the vegetarian diet. My diet is based on starches, vegetables, fruits and legumes. It is a vegan diet that is naturally rich in carbohydrates and low in fat. Sometimes I saw some processed food 🙂 But day and day – it's the food I eat! I went to Whole Foods to get all this stuff – but you can buy it anywhere! Trader Joe's, Ralph's, Stop & Shop, Giant, The Dollar Store, Walmart … anywhere! I filled it!
