This is a continuation of my next video about the food environment in Japan, called "Why is Japan so easy to be thin"?
Living in America and now living in Japan, it's interesting to see how these two food environments differ. I've seen comments in another video about low carbohydrates, saying something like "Oh sure, you can lose weight low in carbohydrates, so all the rice consuming Japanese people are so thin or not?"
So with this video (and maybe last), I hope to show that the diet here is more complex than "big coal"
