Former Obama administration health official Ronald Klain, who was US coordinator for the Ebola response in 2014, criticized President Donald Trump's second annual physical health check via Twitter.
After Trump had undergone a thorough physical examination at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Friday, the President's personal physician, Dr. Sean Conley, stated that he was "in very good health" and that he "will remain so throughout the duration of his presidency and beyond."
Although Conley, who is also the current director of the White House Medical Unit, has revealed no results of the four-hour exam led by a team of eleven specialists, he said, however, that "reports and recommendations are being finalized. "
"No doctor can predict the future health of anyone," Klain tweeted in response to Conley's statement Saturday. "It's a shame for an office with a great tradition of professionalism. Just another institution turned into a joke by a president determined to make anyone willing to submit an instrument of his lies. "

Friday's review marks Trump's second physical record since taking office in 2017. After the president's first full review last year, Trump's doctor at the time, Dr. Ronny L. Jackson, presented an extremely lengthy report to journalists at the White House. meeting room where he praised the good health of his client.
"That's called genetics," Jackson said. "I told the president that he had eaten healthier over the past 25 years, he could live well up to 200 years."
While Jackson praised Trump's health last year, the doctor also prescribed certain health goals to the president, including reducing weight and fighting bad cholesterol. However, a White House spokesman revealed Friday that the president had failed to fully comply with Jackson's program.
"The president received a diet and exercise plan last year after his annual exercise," said White House spokesman Hogan Gidley. "But the president admits that he did not follow it religiously."
In addition to his role as coordinator of Obama's US Ebola response, Klain has also served as chief of staff to former Vice Presidents Al Gore (1995-1999) and Joe Biden (2009-2011).
