Vitamin D Definiency May Cause Obesity
Vitamin D is a hormone that helps regulate calcium concentrations in your body, which is very vital for your total bone health. Vitamin D is created on the skin from exposure to ultraviolet B rays in sunlight or ingested in food or by dietary supplements. However, only limited food sources contain vitamin D, such as eggs, milk fatty fish, cod liver oil, bread and cereal.
Recent research is showing that vitamin D is now associated with the causes of obesity, abnormal cholesterol levels, diabetes and high blood pressure.
How can you become Vitamin D Deficient?
1- You don’t get enough natural sunlight. (Spend all day in front of a computer)
2- If you have liver or kidney disease that produce the need proteins to metabolize vitamin D.
3- If you have Cystic Fibrosis or Crhon’s or had Bariatric Surgery
Get tested if you are suffering from Obesity and have any of the issues listed above.

We take 2000 IU daily of Vitamin D supplements at daily at night.
