TRANSLATION – ” Baba ji says that our Respiratory system should always be strong, For that a Breathing exercise called “Bhastrika” is very effective.
Bhastrika is practiced by deep breathing ( breath in in 5 seconds and breath out in 5 seconds). It is an easy and powerful exercise.
The second exercise that Baba ji starts is also Bhastrika (breath in in 2 seconds and breath out in 2 seconds) but this faster exercise should be practiced only by healthy people and should be practiced only for 1 min.
Practicing Bhastrika every morning for 1 to 2 minutes keeps you away from lung diseases, respiratory problems, Bronchial allergy, asthma, bronchitis etc.
Precaution – If you are suffering from Hypertension, Heart problem, Hernia, Backache or weakness then you should practice this exercise slowly. Do not any exercise forcefully ….do it only as much as you can without any discomfort.
